During morning observations, the client exhibited difficulty interacting with his peers in a positive manner during morning station work by yelling at his classmates. During midday observations, the client followed directions on the first prompt while in the cafeteria for lunch. During afternoon observations, the client remained focused while completing his classwork. QMHP-C greeted the client upon arrival to the school setting. During morning observations, QMHP-C redirected the client and reiterated the importance of interacting with his peers in a positive matter. Midday QMHP-C provided the client with positive reinforcement and encouraged him to continue following directions on the first prompt. During afternoon observations, QMHP-C provided the client with verbal praise and encouraged him to continue to remain focused while completing his classwork. The client actively engaged in Therapeutic Day Treatment services throughout the day. The client responded well towards services as evidenced by positive feedback. During morning observations, the client was receptive to redirection and agreed to interact with his peers in a positive manner during morning stations. the client was then able to apologize to his classmate for yelling. Midday the client agreed to continue following directions on the first prompt while in the cafeteria. During afternoon observations, the client continued to remain focused while completing his classwork. The client also agreed to continue to track his behavior on his self-monitoring chart.
